New Year, New You

Presents are unwrapped, food has been eaten, loved ones are heading home, and other festive clichés have come to an end. One can simultaneously be left with a hangover and a feeling of blankness. Where to begin? What to resolve?

No more lamenting the headache that could be doomed to signify the rest of the year. As a belated New Year/Christmas gift, I give to you a lovingly crafted plan for a healthy, delicious and affordable start to two thousand and sixteen.
